EVENT SOS · STRATEGY DELIVERED FAST

Opportunity arrived late?
Bring strategy in fast.

We run businesses too. A last-minute invitation to take a table. An event space becomes available. A business opportunity lands, and you need to respond. Your team may have neither the time nor the specialist skills to act at short notice. That’s an Event SOS situation too.

The strongest outcomes start with a planned, strategic approach. When time is short, Event SOS brings that strategic judgement at pace: clear priorities, the right people and purposeful action to make the most of the opportunity available.

Tell us what you need

An opportunity has just landed.

You’ve been offered a table or event space at short notice. Your team needs extra time, skills or capacity to turn that opening into purposeful conversations and next steps.

Your host is off sick.

You need someone prepared to welcome guests, represent your business and help make useful connections.

Your stand is understaffed.

Your specialists cannot manage every visitor and meeting. You need the right people around them.

The date has crept up.

Business has been busy, and suddenly the event is next week. Let’s establish the priorities and make the best use of the time available.

Guests have cancelled.

Places are empty and you need a realistic attendance plan. Together, we’ll discuss what can be done in the time available.

Last time, nothing followed.

You want relevant conversations, clear next steps and someone responsible for keeping opportunities moving.

Your follow-up has stalled.

The event is over but promising relationships need attention. Let’s establish the priorities and support required.

A FAST START, WITH A CLEAR SCOPE

Tell us the opportunity.
Let’s find the next step.

  1. Share the details. We’ll reach out.

Tell us as much as you can upfront: the event, your aims, the people involved and what you need. This helps us prepare for our call. We’ll reach out to discuss the situation with you and explore how we can help.

  2. Agree a paid rapid review.

Strategy still comes first. A focused review establishes the purpose, priorities and what can make the greatest difference in the time available. We agree its scope and fee first; payment is upfront.

  3. Choose the support you need.

We propose the preparation, delivery or follow-up we can offer, with responsibilities and fees agreed before that work starts. You can also act on the review yourself.

We endeavour to respond the same working day. Enquiries received after 4pm UK time may be answered the following working morning. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time. Support is subject to availability. We will confirm what we can offer; submitting this form does not book a host or delivery team.

Prefer to email? Put EVENT SOS and your event date in the subject: hello@thebookingoffice.co.uk.
