PARTNERSHIPS FOR VENUES AND EVENT ORGANISERS
Give your customers
more to come back for.
Connect the space you sell with the value people get from being there.
You bring people together through your venue or event. The Booking Office helps them prepare for the opportunities in the room, have purposeful conversations and follow through afterwards.
Partner with us to add specialist event ROI support to your customer offer, from a consultation included with a booking to a programme of support for your exhibitors.
THE VALUE CONTINUES BEYOND THE BOOKING
- 01
The venue
Sells the space.
Hosts the event.
- 02
The organiser
Builds the event.
Sells participation.
- 03
The participant
Invests in attending.
Wants a worthwhile return.
The Booking OfficeStrategy, preparation, engagement and follow-up to connect the investment with the intended results.
A REASON TO CHOOSE YOU AGAIN
A positive experience.
A clearer picture of value.
A well-run event creates the setting. What participants do before, during and afterwards shapes what they take away.
A company may invest in a stand, sponsorship or table without a clear plan for the people it needs to meet, the conversations it wants to have or the follow-up those conversations deserve.
We work with you to bridge that gap. Help customers make better use of their participation, with evidence they can use when deciding whether to return, recommend the event or invest further.
For your business, that can support stronger customer relationships, a more distinctive offer and more informed renewal conversations.
TWO WAYS INTO THE PARTNERSHIP
Whether you sell the space
or bring the event to life.
We shape the partnership around who your customers are and where our contribution will make the most difference.
01 / VENUES AND HOTEL GROUPS
Add value to
the venue booking.
For conference centres, exhibition venues, arenas and hotels hosting business events.
Introduce us to organisers who would benefit from a clearer strategy for participant value. You could include an agreed consultation within a venue booking, offer access to our services or develop a partnership across your venues.
What we can explore together
- What organisers and their customers want to achieve
- What has worked at previous events and what could improve
- How strategic support could strengthen the booking offer
- How to gather useful feedback and evidence of customer value
02 / EVENT ORGANISERS
Add support to
the exhibitor experience.
For businesses and associations selling stands, sponsorships and participation packages.
Build our services into your packages, offer them as an optional addition or commission a programme of support. Help exhibitors move from booking their place to knowing what they want it to deliver.
What we can help participants do
- Choose clear objectives and relevant people to meet
- Prepare outreach, invitations and their stand team
- Have useful conversations and agree next steps
- Carry out purposeful follow-up and assess progress
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
A partnership that fits
the way you sell.
Start with the right model for your event, your customers and your delivery capacity.
01Introduce us as a specialist partner
Offer organisers or exhibitors a direct route to The Booking Office. We agree how introductions happen, how the relationship is explained and who owns each next step. Customers can commission the support they need.
02Include support in your booking or packages
Add an agreed consultation or level of support to your venue booking, stand or sponsorship offer. Make the included service clear, with any further work separately scoped and priced.
03Commission support across the event
Arrange an exhibitor preparation programme, host briefings, individual reviews or a coordinated follow-up service. We agree how shared support and individual participant needs will be handled.
AN EXAMPLE TO SHAPE TOGETHER
Could support grow
with the package?
You might include increasing levels of support in bronze, silver and gold packages. The names and scope would fit your event.
Illustrative options, not fixed packages. Individual delivery, volumes, availability and fees are agreed before you offer them to customers.
- BRONZE
Help them prepare
A shared preparation session, practical guide and prompts for setting objectives.
- SILVER
Make the plan personal
Add a focused participant review, priority connection plan and team briefing.
- GOLD
Support the whole journey
Add agreed preparation, engagement on the day and follow-up, with an outcomes review.
THE SAME FOUR PILLARS
A clear purpose.
Support that follows it through.
Our four stages give the partnership a consistent foundation. The review establishes the priorities; the further delivery is scoped around them.
See how we work alongside existing teams ↗- 01
Strategic review
Understand the event, its customers, previous experience and the returns that matter.
- 02
Pre-event preparation
Turn priorities into relevant outreach, introductions, meeting plans and confident, prepared people.
- 03
Engagement on the day
Deliver the agreed hosting, introductions and conversation support, with clear next steps recorded.
- 04
Follow-up and relationship development
Progress suitable opportunities, give actions an owner and review what has changed.
VALUE YOU CAN DISCUSS WITH CONFIDENCE
Look beyond attendance.
Understand what progressed.
Agree the measures at the start. Keep participant results distinct from your own venue or organiser outcomes.
FOR PARTICIPANTSWhat did being there enable?
Relevant meetings, useful introductions, qualified opportunities, relationships developed and business won where verified.
We can also capture learning, confidence and access to decision makers, with evidence of what changed.
FOR YOUR BUSINESSWhat strengthened the event offer?
Use of the support, participant feedback, renewal intentions and actual rebookings where available.
Review these alongside your wider event results. The aim is to understand our contribution without assuming that every renewal or sale came from it.
THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Let’s make
the partnership clear.
We already support our exhibitors. What would you add?
That gives us a strong starting point. We look at how your existing support connects to each participant’s objectives, preparation, conversations and follow-up. We agree where specialist expertise or extra delivery capacity would be useful, alongside your team.
Would you replace our event team?
We work alongside it. Your team brings its knowledge of the event, customers and operations. We bring the agreed strategic and practical support for participant returns. Responsibilities and handovers are set out before delivery.
Who pays for the support?
The commercial arrangement is agreed with you. Support could be funded by the venue or organiser, included within a package price, or purchased separately by participants. A consultation included in a booking has an agreed scope and funding arrangement; further work is not automatically included.
Can we start with one event?
Yes. We can scope an initial partnership for one event or a defined group of participants. Agree the support, capacity, customer communication and measures first, then review what worked before expanding it.
How much staff time will this take?
We agree what information, approvals and coordination your team needs to provide. We can carry out the agreed operational work, with clear owners and a shared timetable. The support should fit your delivery capacity rather than create unclear responsibilities.
Can you guarantee that exhibitors will rebook?
Rebooking depends on many factors, including the audience, event experience, cost, timing and the participant’s business. We help participants pursue worthwhile returns and gather clearer evidence of value. We measure the agreed work and progress without promising a renewal or sale.
