EVENT FOLLOW-UP AND RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT

A good conversation.
A purposeful next step.

We carry out the follow-up that helps promising event connections move forward.

For businesses with exhibition leads, conference conversations or corporate guests to reconnect with. We work alongside your sales and marketing team, with a clear brief and someone responsible for keeping momentum.

For an event that has just happened, or built into your next one.

PRACTICAL DELIVERY

We do the work.
Your team stays connected.

01

Review and prioritise

We start with a proportionate paid review of what you gathered, the conversations already held and the outcomes you want.

02

Make the follow-up

We carry out agreed calls and personalised outreach, clarify interest and help arrange appropriate introductions or meetings.

03

Keep you informed

You receive a clear record of activity, responses, next steps and handovers, with reporting agreed around your systems.

REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Different conversations.
Different starting points.

A name on a list is different from a person who asked for a meeting. We assess the information with you before agreeing the approach, contact volume, duration and responsibilities.

For example, someone who requested a technical discussion may need a meeting with your specialist. A more exploratory conversation may need its relevance and timing clarified first.

Your team provides the context and approvals needed to represent the business accurately. Technical advice, quotations, negotiation and closing remain with the people agreed in the brief. We do not promise that every contact will convert.

BEFORE WE TALK

Clear scope.
Useful progress.

Can you help if you were not involved before the event?

Yes. We first review what was gathered and what people were told to expect. That determines the priorities, the work involved and realistic next steps.

Do you replace our sales team?

We are a specialist addition to your team. We agree where our responsibility ends and when an opportunity should move to your people.

How do you measure the return?

We agree the outcomes and evidence at the start. Reporting distinguishes contact attempts, responses, qualified next steps and meetings from won business. Financial outcomes are recorded when supported by your business records.

Can we buy this as a standalone service?

Yes. A proportionate paid review comes first. Follow-up delivery is then separately scoped, including fees, contact volumes, duration and handover. We can also plan it into a wider event programme.

YOUR NEXT CONVERSATION

What is waiting
in your event leads?
